Appellant Rose Tejada sued appellees Thomas F. Rowe, M.D., Thomas F. Rowe, M.D., P.A., Jessica Linhart DeMay, M.D., and other defendants for medical malpractice that allegedly occurred during the delivery of Tejadas twin daughters. Rowe and DeMay filed motions to dismiss. See Tex. Civ. Prac. & Rem. Code Ann. § 101.106(f) (Vernon 2005). The trial court granted the motions to dismiss, and Tejada filed this appeal. We affirm.
